If you are not completely satisfied with your product please return within 7 working days of receiving the item unused and in it’s original packaging. We will refund you the price of the item and your original postage costs, however you must cover the returns postage fees. If your item has not been received within 10 working days (UK ONLY) of it being dispatched, we will replace items lost in transition however we will not issue refunds for lost items. Items shipped to the Rest of the world are sent tracked and can be tracked using the information we provide you with on dispatch. We must allow up to 8 weeks for the item to arrive with you before we issue a replacement.

Items are shipped approx. 1-2 weeks from the date you order. Please be aware though at busier times there may be a longer wait. If the wait is going to be considerably longer you will be informed. All our items are sent 1st class delivery which on average is 1-2 days from the dispatch date. Please allow up to 10 days though as on occasions they can become delayed.
